A gem in the Heart of San Francisco's Golden Gate Park

The Japanese Tea Garden

This beautiful Japanese Tea Garden is like a mirage within a busy city. It is so quiet that you will forget you are in a large and loud city for a while.

Walking among those blooming flowers, well-kept bushes and big trees will take away all your stress. I personally like go there in March or April because it is when Cherry blossom trees bloom.

You can take a meditative walk or you can go to the Tea House and enjoy a cup of tea and sample popular Japanese refreshments.

They open everyday:

Winter 9AM - 4:45PM

Summer 9AM - 5:45PM
